Former Real Madrid Defender Alvaro Arbeloa has made a decision to retire from professional football according to a Spanish newspaper.
He spent his last season at West Ham United after he was released by Real Madrid around August 2016.
While he was at Real Madrid, he won different trophies with the Spanish giants which includes one league and two Champions League title.
He felt it was the right time to say goodbye after making more than 150 appearances for Real Madrid. He hails Madrid as the club of his life.
