Barcelona have offered £72 million for Philippe Coutinho as they plan to make a statement to Neymar who is thought to be pushing for a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
Although Liverpool are not looking at selling their star man Coutinho and are planning on rejecting the offer as he is already tied down to a new long term contract. Barcelona have always wanted Coutinho and plans to sign him as a replacement for Andres Iniesta.
