Marcus Rashford scores as England Come from Behind to win Slovakia

England are five points clear at the top of the World Cup Qualifying Group F after they defeated Slovakia 2-1 at Wembley.

Celta Vigo’s Midfielder Stanislav Lobotka gave the visitors an early lead 3 minutes into the game after an error from Marcus Rasford.

Rashford recovered superbly from the setback, his near-post corner was tapped in by Tottenham’s Eric Dier to level the score just before half-time.

The Manchester United forward scored the match winning goal 14 minutes into the second-half to complete the come back for England.

A win for England against Slovenia on October 5 will guarantee their place in Russia 2018 World Cup.
